里程碑！首个KRAS抑制剂今日获FDA加速批准，治疗非小细胞肺癌( 二 )

Lumakras之外，目前有多款KRAS抑制剂处于临床开发阶段，其中Mirati Therapeutics公司开发的adagrasib已经进入关键性临床试验阶段， 2020年10月公布的数据显示它在治疗NSCLC患者时达到96%的疾病控制率。此外，勃林格殷格翰（Boehringer Ingelheim），礼来（Lilly），诺华（Novartis）等多家公司也在开发直接靶向KRAS或者KRAS信号通路靶点的创新疗法。
接近40年前，科学家们首次发现了KRAS基因突变和癌症之间的关系，在科学家和药物研发人员的不懈努力下，我们终于见证了突破KRAS“不可成药性”的里程碑。我们预祝更多靶向KRAS的疗法开发顺利，造福广大癌症患者。
