1. 电子烟对身体绝对有害！

2. 目前电子烟市场混乱，不同厂商使用的材料、成分不同，导致加热后产生的烟雾所含成分也不同，让电子烟的危害更加难以预测和判断。
3. 对于下定决心要戒烟的人，建议去医院“戒烟门诊”就诊，在医生建议下可考虑选用尼古丁替代治疗、尼古丁受体拮抗药物等世界卫生组织推荐的、经临床验证有效的辅助方式进行戒烟。
4. 不抽烟也没有接触过电子烟的人，尤其是青少年，千万不要有侥幸心理，千万不要去碰！
5. 公共场所不要抽电子烟。

吸烟，就是有害健康，这个没有一点点余地可讲。
差一点点就不会遭慢阻肺了，差一点点就不会得肺癌了，差一点点就不会死了？
