1. The Ministry of Commerce released data showing that from January to September,China"s foreign non-financial direct investment was $78.03 billion, down by 41.9% year on year, and the irrational foreign investment was further curbed. 1、商务部公布数据显示，1－9月，我国对外非金融类直接投资780.3亿美元，同比下降41.9%，非理性对外投资得到进一步遏制。呈现特点包括，对“一带一路”沿线国家投资合作稳步推进，对外投资降幅收窄，行业结构持续优化等。

6、财经网消息，三季度中国商业银行同业存单（NCD）发行规模约5.4万亿元，刷新历史纪录，同业存单余额继续保持超过8万亿元的历史高位。期间，央行收紧监管要求，将NCD纳入明年MPA考核，并将期限限制在1年及以内，未能浇灭银行的发行热情。市场仍将NCD视为银行，特别是中小银行弥补资金缺口的重要渠道。

9、民航局消息，前三季度民航行业发展速度符合预期，民航全行业完成运输总周转量、旅客运输量、货邮运输量分别为796.7亿吨公里、4.09亿人、509.6万吨。三大指标同比增速分别为12.3%、12.5%、6.4%，与年初计划增速相比，分别高于计划增速0.5、1.7、1.4个百分点。
