8、新华社消息，前10个月，我国工业机器人产量首次突破10万台，同比增长近70%，全年产量预计首次突破12万台。中国工程院院士蔡鹤皋表示，中国机器人产业快速发展，但在标准缺失、检测手段不足、缺乏权威的第三方认证机构的情况下，一些地区机器人产业发展略显盲目。随着中国越来越多的企业进入机器人制造领域，完善标准体系、健全检测认证、规范市场体系，已成为当务之急。

9、山东省经信委发布《关于进一步做好部分工业行业错峰生产督导工作的通知》。通知指出，部分企业没有按照错峰方案按期停产、拖延错峰时间，个别企业借承担居民供暖任务等名义不错峰，严重干扰错峰生产大局。要求各市要高度重视，严格按照国家和省政府错峰生产要求，开展拉网式排查，对符合错峰生产范围的企业做到应纳尽纳，像抓“地条钢”一样，做到全覆盖、无遗漏。
