The DBS UNI.CORN Management Internship Programme is a comprehensive and structured programme aimed at giving interns a unique opportunity to work on real game-changing projects, engage innovators and ultimately, reimagine the future of banking.

In the course of this 10 - 12-week programme, UNI.CORN Management Interns (UMI) will participate in a structured induction programme, learn about various aspect of banking from senior business speakers, work closely with mentors who are business leaders, and have the opportunity to network with both the bank’s management and Management / Graduate Associates.   

UMIs will have the opportunity to work on exciting business challenges provided by various business units, including the consumer bank, institutional bank, technology & operations and various business / supporting units. These challenges are problems that actual DBS departments are working on, and can range from redefining banking for various groups of customers, or creating breakthrough technology and applications. It will be an unique opportunity for UMIs to better understand how real business problems are Discovered and Defined before the solutions are Designed and Delivered. UMIs will also have exposure to BAU activities in the bank, tailored around the challenges, so as to give everyone a more holistic experience overall.

Full-time, penultimate student (graduating in 2019) matriculating in a reputable university with projected second-class honours or better.

Strong leadership qualities as evidenced from participation in extra-curricular activities.

Adaptability, a sense of initiative and the ability to work well in a team.
