Works Supervisor, Public Housing Projects

职位描述

Supervise the site works and report the performance of contractors

Carry out in-situ measurements and visual inspection and compile relevant records

Assist in inspecting and monitoring the progress of site works and updating site records

Assist in supervising addition and alteration works

Any other duties, under the direction instruction and supervision of the HKHA, DR or his representatives

职位要求

Proven experience as a Works Supervisor (or similar grade) and full-time staff employed by the PSP

A Certificate or Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil and Structural Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or Technical Institute, or equivalent or has satisfactorily completed a technician apprenticeship in Civil or Structural Engineering

Preferably possess at least one-year post qualification work experience in building construction and preferably in structural maintenance aspects after obtaining the qualification mentioned above
