Prioritize and timely processes incoming credit requests, checking completion of package received from RM and ensure timely completion of CAs, including any interims

Maintain an in depth knowledge of Citi credit and policies and practices and applicable local and US regulations to assist the Business in achieving compliance and satisfactory internal and external audit results

Continue to generate ideas for improving lending process efficiency

Conducting research on prevailing industry and market conditions that are key inputs into the CCB’s business development activities

Working closely with Relationship Managers to review credit applications for corporate customers. This includes performing credit and financial analysis and provide recommendations

Handle credit enhancement projects and formulate related guidelines and procedures

Learning about a broad range of industries and developing a deep level of expertise on Citi’s credit, policies and practices

Proactively participating in training and mentorship programs to expand their skill set and network to position themselves for long-term success within the CCB

Cultivating their own position as a future leader within the business community, getting involved in local organizations to start building a strong network

Degree holder with at least 2 solid years of experience in a credit analyst role in commercial bank lending, remedial management or relationship management

The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial organizational structure and add value by bringing an optimistic, proactive approach to the work they do

The ability to go beyond immediate business silos to build their network

Confidence and drive to own developing high quality, client ready information with strong attention to detail

Strong analytical skills with ability to process and prioritize complex information
