I.Registering a company for getting a Visa only?
一、注册公司就是为了签证目的？
1.Some foreigners register a company to get a legal person or investor Visa but the registered company actually does not do business normally. These companies do not have bank flow or pay taxes according to tax laws. This is in fact illegal.
1.一些外国人通过注册公司来得到法人或投资者签证，但注册的公司并不会正常运营。没有银行流水，也没有按照正规流程缴纳税单，这实际上是违法行为。
Recently the verification of foreign companies has been strengthened by the Entry-Exit Bureau. Foreign companies that cannot provide bank flow or tax documents will not be able to pass verification. Legal person and investors’ Visas will not be able to apply for extension or cancellation leading to that the applicants are unable to work legally. These companies need to be canceled in time.
最近国内出入境对于外国人开公司的核查力度加大。无法提供银行流水和税单等正常经营材料的外资企业将会无法通过核查。法人、投资人的签证将无法延期或注销，申请人后续无法合法就业。这样的公司需要及时注销。

2.In order to save money some foreigners do not rent the actual office.
2.一些外国人不舍得花钱租赁实际办公室。
Some foreigners thought having a company register address is sufficient to register a company. So in order to save money they did not rent an actual office. But in reality foreigners registering a new company requires opening an account at the Bureau of Foreign Experts. Foreigners must provide actual business location office lease and office photos and so on to open the account. If the police officers at the Entry-Exit Bureau find out that there is no actual office the work Visa application will be rejected.
一些外国人以为注册地址就可以注册新公司。所以为了省钱没有租赁实际办公室。其实外国人新注册公司办理工作时必须到外国专家局开户。开户时必须提供实际办公地址、租赁合同、楼宇照片等。如果被出入境警官核查到没有实际办公室，则会直接拒签其工作签证。

1.Some foreigners apply for a work Visa in other cities.

A foreigner's work permit can only be obtained at the actual place of work but some foreigners go to some cities that are relatively “easy”for the application but in fact foreigners working out of the permit’s limited scope is illegal.

Some foreigners hear that it is possible to apply for work visas through affiliated companies there is no need to pay social security or individual income tax and they do no need to work at those companies. In fact that is also illegal. Foreigners must have an actual employer in order to get a work permit.
