1. The General Administration of Customs released data showing that inthe first three quarters, China"s total import and export trade value of goodswas 20.29 trillion yuan, an increase of 16.6% over the same period last year. Among them, exports were 11.16 trillion yuan,an increase of 12.4%. Imports were 9.13 trillion yuan, an increase of 22.3%.The trade surplus was 2.03 trillion yuan, narrowed by 17.7%. It is expectedthat the import and export value in the fourth quarter will continue to increaseand the foreign trade import and export this year are expected to achieve adouble-digit growth.

1、海关总署公布数据显示，前三季度，我国货物贸易进出口总值20.29万亿元，比去年同期增长16.6%。其中，出口11.16万亿元，增长12.4%，进口9.13万亿元，增长22.3%；贸易顺差2.03万亿元，收窄17.7%。预计四季度进出口总值将继续增加，今年全年外贸进出口有望实现两位数的增长。

The data released by China International Electronic Commerce Centershows that China"s rural networkretail sales is 537.62 billion yuan in the first half of 2017, increasing 38.1% over the same period last yearand 4.9 percentage points higher than the urban growth rate, accounting for17.3% of the total network retail sales. The rural network retail sales is 729billion yuan in the first 8 months of 2017, a year-on-year increase of 38.1%.

4、中国国际电子商务中心公布数据显示，上半年，我国农村网络零售额5376.2亿元，较去年同期增长38.1%，高出城市4.9个百分点，占全国网络零售总额的17.3%。2017年前8个月，农村网络零售额为7290亿元，同比增长38.1%。

6、经济参考报消息，从全国首套房贷款平均利率走势来看，9月全国首套房平均利率为5.22%，相当于基准利率的1.06倍，环比8月上升了2.01%，上涨速度呈放缓趋势；同比去年9月的4.44%，上升了17.66%。分析师指出，就目前来看，一二线城市已大体完成利率上浮的调整，出现再次大幅变动的可能性较小，总体会处于微调状态，峰值或将临近。

8. The National Energy Administration released data showing that inSeptember, the electricityconsumption of the total population was 531.7 billion kwh, an increase of 7.2%year on year. Industry wise, theelectricity consumption of the second industry was 342.1 billion kwh, anincrease of 5.1% year on year. From January to September, the accumulatedelectricity consumption of the total society was 4688.8 billion kwh, anincrease of 6.9% year on year.

8、国家能源局公布数据显示，9月，全社会用电量5317亿千瓦时，同比增长7.2%。分产业看，第二产业用电量3421亿千瓦时，增长5.1%。1－9月，全社会用电量累计46888亿千瓦时，同比增长6.9%。

10、证券时报消息，近日山西省内包括阳煤集团在内的七大煤企陆续下调了旗下煤炭售价，调价幅度在10元/吨。专家认为，煤价这波上涨周期已经很长，出现疲态很正常。虽然四季度是需求旺季，但出于环保压力，今年工业、民用燃煤都将减少。随着在发电、取暖过程中煤炭占比逐年减弱，市场对煤炭整体需求不乐观。整体来看，今年煤价将出现淡季不淡、旺季不旺的行情。
