It’s hard to say for whole China because there are rich provinces and there are poor or not-so-rich provinces . But i have compared China with America and my finding is : almost 50% of Chinese cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Nanjing, Suzhou, Huangzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, etc., etc . are already “ developed “ and they have many things better and more adcanced than America and Europe like infrastructure, public transportation, schools, communication systems, etc.,. while other parts of China are of developing country level .
