Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives

Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets

Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments

Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team

Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget

Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions

Degree holder in Marketing, business or related discipline is preferred

Strong analytical and numerical sense

Demonstrates an innovative and creative mind

Detailed oriented, flexible with can-do attitude 

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Fluency in English and Cantonese
