Project Engineer

Working location: Yuen Long, 5-6 days per week

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager for the assigned project(s):-

Before starting the project design phase: Developing the investment project charter and timeframe.

During project design phase: Based on Nestlé standards, local regulations, defined User Requirements Specifications and workers safety to execute the basic/details design

During the project implementation phase: Project implemented in accordance with the timeframe, cost and quality, the URS and the characteristics of a unit operation. Identified the right contractors and coordinate with their activities. Ensure Nestlé standards are applied. Promote and develop environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.

During the start-up phase of the project: Assure a smooth transition to operations(after the qualification and the verification of the installation have been finalized)

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical, major in Refrigeration, Chemical Equipment and machinery / process control is highly preferred

At least 2 years’ experience in capital investment projects development

Experience in industry service is preferred (Air handling Unit / Ammonia Refrigeration plant / Chiller / Boiler) or expertise in electricity / automation system

Knowledge of local regulatory and statutory requirements related to industrial services and environment

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Chinese and English

Familiar with CAD drawing, and proficient PC skills
