Payroll Manager

The Job

?To lead the payroll operations for Dairy Farm Hong Kong and Macau

?Lead a team of in-house payroll specialists to deliver payroll operation, annual tax filing and other related payroll activities in a professional manner

?Liaise with internal stakeholders on payroll matters, and manage the outsourcing payroll vendor to ensure high quality of deliverable are attained

?Lead the team in reviewing and revamping payroll process and procedures

?Manage and oversee payroll and tax matters of expatriate and secondee

?Partner with key stakeholders to lead payroll related projects

The Person

?University graduate degree holder

?Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in payroll/benefit administration in which at least 3 years in supervisory role

?Seasoned HR practitioner in overseeing payroll operations, preferably with both in-house and outsourcing exposure

?Solid experience in large scale payroll operation is a definite advantage

?Independent, excellent people manager and capable to lead the team to accomplish goals effectively

?Demonstrate strong sense of understanding in HR initiatives and business acumen

?Detail minded, well organized, and able to prioritize & cope with multi-tasks

?Excellent influencing and communication skills to interact with different levels of internal stakeholders and external parties

?Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
