Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. However, there is a debate about government should spend a large amount of money on railway construction for very fast trains or existing public transport improvement. Considering the issue, it is crucial to explore it from two sides. Some people are advocates of building new railway lines for trains running fast for high speed trains because they save time when people are on distance travel. With more routes to go to more cities for traveling, people who do not want to go to travel due to the long time spent on the journey may be willing to go outside their city. It provides a new alternative for them to kill their time in holidays. In addition, the construction also brings benefits to those who always take business trips and those who work out of their hometown. in another city. The former one can be helped construction of high speed trains enhance their efficiency and most importantly, generate more profits for the companies while the latter have more time to stay with their family and have more happy time. By contrast, constructing new railway lines just benefits those who have to travel for long distance instead of people’s normal life. Except vacation, people have to work with no time for travel. But they are always annoyed by the traffic problem in the commuting time when they are more likely to be crowded in the stations waiting for a long time to get on a bus and the subway, which makes it possible for them to be late for work and get frustrated. It has a direct influence on their efficiency when they are doing tasks, which also possibly cause economic losses of the companies. Therefore, investment in public transportation system can facilitate people’s life to the maximum extent. In conclusion, My view is that these two aspects are both important and governments should both pour enough money deserve national budget to develop
