钻井

1、 This is the drilling programmer of CFD18-1-1 WELL.

这是CFD18-1-1井的钻研井设计书。

4、 Keep the rotary speed at 120-140 PRM and the flow rate at 3,000 LPM[liters perminute].

6、 Make up the Kelly and circulate bottom’s up.

接方钻杆循环泥浆。

7、 Don’t ream the hole too fast.

划眼不要太快。

8、 Slow RPM and light WOB are needed in drilling with a new bit at the beginning.

钻头使用初期要慢点转达。

9、 Bring the RPM up slowly.

逐步提高转速。

10、Get yourself attentive and careful in the operation.

精心操作。

11、Avoid the brake-slipping or the string–dropping when feeding off while drilling.

在钻进过程中防止溜钻、顿钻。

12、Keep steady pressure on the brake to feed off smoothly.

操作要平稳，做到均匀送钻。

13、Keep an eye on the rotary torque.

注意观察转盘扭矩变化。

14、The penetration rate is getting slower.

钻时变慢了。

15、 The bit must have been balled up, mustn’t it?

钻头泥包了，是吗？

16、Has the bit got dull?

是钻头磨秃了吗？

17、The bit has been used too long and is nearly worn out.

钻头已到期后期，快磨坏了。

18、 The bit is dull, so we’ll have to pull it out to change to a new one.

钻头不行了，应该起钻换钻头。

19、The pump pressure has increased. One nozzle may be plugged.

泵压升高。可能有个水眼堵了。

20、Stop drilling at 2,965 meters.
