I guess so, but if they"re going to hire Griffin they should make sure that he"s going to be the right guy even if LeBron signs elsewhere. I think he"s a good GM but idk if he"s right for Philly.

Yeah, except unlike Cleveland, Lebron has no sentimental ties to Philly. Simmons and Embiid with a competent FO and coach is as good as or better than anything Houston, Cleveland, or LA can offer, and I think we have the best package. Best GM available seems to be Griffin anyways. I don"t get why Griffin would be talking about the Sixers like this unless he was already contacted for an interview or they showed interest in him. I"m more inclined to believe that Colangelo is gone after this comment.

Would love to see LeBron in Philly. I think he and Simmons can absolutely play together with the right roster around them. Plus, having Simmons basically being LeBron allows for King to play dramatically less minutes than he has in recent years.
