Managing independent callback requests from the business.

Initiate outgoing calls to the client together with the Sales Team and performing the role of an independent party to authenticate the client?s identity and request.

Participate or perform independent call back for changes to client contact information, specimen signature and asset transfers

Ensure that client instructions are complete and required documents are duly completed prior to conducting a call back

Verify client account details using internal systems and determining if there are exceptions which require Client Identification Validation (CIV) to be performed

Extract and prepare the CIV questions/answers based on client profile and account(s), from relevant systems/repositories

Produce regulatory and management reports in a timely & accurate manner

Working with IT/Project team and other stakeholders to automate regulatory reports

Periodic review on our existing regulatory report process/documentations

Ensure compliance with ORRC risk policies , operation best practice and compliance interpretation

Actively supporting manager on regulatory reports/control framework new initiatives

Escalate any potential regulatory impact incidents to senior management immediately

Escalate any risk issues to management

Experience of producing regulatory reports is desired

Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Strong attention to detail and be highly deadline oriented

Strong investigative, analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Able to work in a fluid team environment and within tight deadlines

Good risk awareness

Self-motivated with an ability to work consistently and efficiently under pressure

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - experience of spreadsheets, formulae and pivot tables is advantageous

An understanding of risk management and escalation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High levels of accuracy and numeracy

Proactive & flexible team player

Good PC Skills in Excel, VBA MACRO

Ability to multi task
