Improve service to customer through increased On-shelf availability and stock quality at Point of Sales (POS) in cost effective manner

Ensure proper operation process are communicated to and followed by business counterparts for smooth daily operations

Manage POS replenishment with close collaborations with business counterparts and operations to facilitate effective supply chain fulfilment

Evaluate Supply Chain performance at POS through regular field visits and KPI monitoring

Lead various operations improvement project in responsible areas

Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines

2+ years of experience in logistics/supply operations, order handling and stock management, FMCG/MNC experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge in Excel, V-Lookup, Pivot table 

Sensitive to numbers, analytical with good problem solving skills

Detail oriented, proactive and a self-starter

Experience with SAP / ERP system will be an advantage

Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
