Use specialist dictionaries and reference books to find the closest equivalents terminology and words used.

Research semiconductor technical language to determine the most accurate translation

Work with co-workers to discuss any unclear points.

Proofread and edit final translation.

Provide a grammatical, well-expressed final version of the translated text, usually as a word-processor document.

Upload translated content on to the web site as needed.

Use the Internet and email as research tools throughout the translation process.

Consult with experts in specialist areas.

Be familiar with social media platforms or willing to learn. Help with Marcom activities as necessary.

Knowledge of the semiconductor industry; knowledge of the programmable logic industry highly desirable. 

Minimum three years of experience as a translator of English language technical material, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Advanced English reading & oral skill; advanced Chinese writing skill.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Comfortable in team environment with team members from around the world, willing to adjust schedule and workload for the benefit of the team.
