Resourcing Manager

Resourcing Manager (Job ID: 1717)

Responsibilities:

To partner with business managers to provide one-stop professional HR solutions including manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention

To identify and provide solutions on staff issues

To work closely with other HR specialist teams to ensure talents are attracted, retained and developed to meet the business needs

To ensure HR activities are in compliance with local legislations and the Bank"s policies

To support ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

University graduate

Minimum of 7 years" relevant HR generalist experience

Experience in handling volume recruitment or licensing staff is preferred

Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations

Proactive, mature, detail-minded, and a good team player

Able to work independently and under pressure

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Excellent command on both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
