2018，金融科技的18岁点融CEO罗龙翔写给点融员工的新年内部

2018年的第一个工作日，点融CEO罗龙翔写了一封内部信给所有点融员工，信中说道：“2018年将被证明是更加令人兴奋的一年。技术发展和数据可用性正在改变金融行业的版图，点融也面临着一个大有作为的好机会。因着我们的能力，团结一心、目标一致的团队、我们可以充满信心的迎接挑战。”点小融把这封内部信第一时间分享给所有点融用户，祝大家新年快乐，每个人都有一个快乐和成功的2018年，并且在2018年里，和我们一起享受金融科技的18岁。

亲爱的点融同事们，

过去几天，我在微信朋友圈看着同事朋友们发18岁的照片，不禁回忆我十八岁那年在干嘛。那是好多、好多年前了。时光荏苒，醉人心肠。

2017已是历史，2018正在眼前。

2017 年，我们遇到了挑战，也创下了瞩目的成就。

- 我们的业务、客户基数、产品服务的规模，都有大幅度的扩展。

- 我们的财务数据持续提升，在2017年我们的放款额和收入都创了纪录。

- 我们最近和大连市金融发展局签署了战略合作协议，将在大连推进金融创新和服务。

- 我们世界领先，创造出了利用区块链技术的第一个供应链金融解决方案。

- 在内部，我们在将点融打造为最佳雇主方面，进步明显。我们推出了丰富多彩的员工福利和社会活动：运动、公益活动、DIY课、兴趣小组…让我们的员工保持活跃和兴趣。

- 我们继续赢得国内外的认可，比如KPMG全球金融科技100强和中国金融科技50强、iTrust互联网信用评价AAA级认证。

- 我们连任中国互联网金融协会常务理事单位，继续树立思想领导力。

随着来自全球知名的大型机构的D轮注资，点融的财务优势、品牌地位和声望都被进一步巩固。我们在吸引更多客户、合作伙伴、股权投资者和新的人才方面，位于有利地位。我们继续在科技创新、监管合规、透明度和风控方面，保持领先。

对于一个像点融这样的年轻公司来说，我们依然在很多领域，有待提高。但是不要忘记纪念2017年，因为我们全体员工的努力，而实现的惊人成就。若没有你，点融不会走到今天的高度。我想借此机会感谢你对公司的付出。

2018年将被证明是更加令人兴奋的一年。随着点融继续快速而可持续性的成长，我们在拓展的很多新业务将会被介绍给大家。技术发展和数据可用性正在改变金融行业的版图，点融也面临着一个大有作为的好机会：服务好那些大量的，未被传统金融机构服务、或充分服务的小企业和个人。毫无疑问，在这条道路上，我们有时候需要逆风而行，但因着我们的能力，团结一心、目标一致的团队、我们可以充满信心的迎接挑战，成为这个领域明确的赢家。

更重要的是，在这个过程中，我希望我们所有人都要照顾好自己，获得很多学习、乐趣、欢乐。

Dear Dianrong Colleagues,

When I was looking at 18-yr old pictures posted by colleagues and friends in Wechat a few days ago, I couldn’t help but recollect what I was doing when I was 18, many years ago. It’s amazing how time flies!

2017 is behind us and 2018 is here.

2017 was marked by both challenges and notable achievements.

- Our business, customer base and product offerings have expanded significantly.

- Our financial performance improved consistently, with loan volume and revenue records set in 2017.

- We recently signed a strategic partnership with the Dalian Financial Bureau to advance financial innovation and services in Dalian.

- We pioneered the World’s first supply chain financing solution, based on blockchain technology.

- Internally, we made remarkable progress in making Dianrong the Employer of Choice. Staff benefits and social activities such as sports and charitable events, DIY classes and special interest groups have expanded considerably to keep our staff active and engaged.

- We continue to win accolades and build global and local recognition. (e.g. 2017 KPMG Global Fintech 100 and China top 50 Fintech leaders , AAA rating from iTrust etc)

- We maintained our status as the Executive Council Member of the National Internet Finance Association of China, providing thought leadership.

With the recent D+ round of funding from world-renowned institutions, Dianrong’s financial position, branding and prestige have strengthened further. We are now positioned to attract even more customers, partners, investors and new talents. We continue to maintain our leadership in technological innovation, regulatory compliance, transparency and risk management.

For a young company like Dianrong, there are still areas we can improve on. But let’s not forget to recognize the amazing achievements of 2017, which were attained only through the efforts of all our staff. Without you, Dianrong will not be where we are now and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your dedication to the company.

2018 will prove to be even more exciting. You will see and hear more new business initiatives as Dianrong continues to grow in a fast and sustainable manner. With technology and availability of data continuing to change the financial industry landscape, Dianrong has an amazing opportunity to make a difference to the many small businesses and individuals that are unserved and underserved by traditional financial players. There will undoubtedly be headwinds along the way, but with our capabilities and a fully united and aligned team, we can confidently face the challenges and come up the clear winner.

Most importantly, in this process, I would like all of us to take good care of ourselves, have a lot of learning, fun and laughter.
