示例3：如果在达成交易后的28天内，所购买的所有数量的商品未从要约人或交易对手卖方（或其各自的交易场所）拥有或经营的，或与之关联的数字帐户或分类账簿系统中转出并由单独、独立、被许可的存管人或根据示例2买方所保持所有和控制的区块链地址接收。
