如果一个人走向极端,无论是太少还是太多的运动、食物或是休息,那么他整个生理和心理系统就失去了平衡。当失去平衡的时候,我们就失去身心健康。

If a person goes too far in either direction – too little or toomuch exercise, food, or rest – then his or her entire physical andpsychological system gets out of kilter.And where there is a lack of balance,there is also a lack of personal welling.

同理,从正面的角度讲,当平衡得以实现的时候,我们就有了身心健康。当我们达到完美平衡的境界时,我们就有了完美的身心健康!

By the same token, on the positive side, where there is balance,there is a sense of well-being.And where there is perfect balance, there iswhat I call total well-being!
