Weekly update rolling forecast according to updates from e-Commerce or order dispatch

Share forecast with individual planners to check stock availability and place order in SAP

Share shipment logistics information to LQ team and coordinate with 3P regarding logistics arrangements

Set up and maintain price list and handle SAP code creation process

Responsible for Order Processing for oversea (including Japan, EU, US, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia markets)

Invoice handling

Customer AR and Credit tracking and follow-up with customers for payment to avoid order on-hold

University graduate with 1-2 years experience, preferably in supply chain management or multinational trading

Fluent English communication skills.

Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
