主要职责及任职要求：

1、负责水产饲料的销售和市场推广工作；

2、负责客户往来业务账务管理及动态风险评估与风控及团队管理等；

3、学历：全日制水产养殖专业或市场营销专业大专以上学历；

4、相关经验：5年以上水产饲料销售或规模化水产养殖场、水产科研单位工作经历；

5、语言能力：有英语基础者优先；

6、出差情况：需要经常在辖区范围内出差。

销售代表（冷水鱼、虾、蟹、名贵鱼饲料领域）

人数：若干（冷水鱼系列若干、虾系列若干、蟹系列若干）

主要工作地点：全国

主要职责及任职要求：

主要职责：

1、负责水产饲料销售过程中标杆客户的售前、售中、售后技术服务支持；

4、负责正确评估客户或市场的诉求，拟订、讨论、确立方案；

5、负责产品的商业化对比实证全程跟踪及效果评估及提炼；

6、负责技术营销会议的报告主持、讲演；

7、负责公司刊物、多媒体技术性文章的备稿审稿、推广宣传；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历、水产相关专业；

技术服务顾问

主要职责：

1、根据产品特点和区域养殖情况，协助区域销售人员提炼产品正确使用及技术服务方案；

2、负责销售团队或技术团队的技术指导和培训；

3、协助规模化客户的商业谈判；

4、正确评估客户或市场的诉求，拟订、讨论、确立技术服务方案；

5、负责产品实证的驻点跟进，对实证开展条件的预审、过程维护、效果评估提炼；

6、负责技术营销专题会议的技术报告组织、讲演；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，水产养殖、生物技术相关专业；

2、5年以上水产动保产品销售或售后技术服务、大型水产养殖场技术主管从业经历；

Deputy Technical Manager

招聘人数：1人

As Deputy Technical Manager you will with a reference to the Technical Manager work primarily with product development and diet formulation. Among the key responsibilities you will find:

1.Participate in activities related to product development for the Chinese market including raw material evaluation and diet formulation

2.Recipe optimization

3.Coordinate R&D activities to support product development

4. Supervise feed trials

5.Development of written technical information on products to support Sales & Marketing

6.Training of Sales & Marketing staff on product technical data

The JV technical department is based in Wuxi and works in close collaboration with colleagues in both Tongwei and BioMar. The team is responsible for product development, feed formulation, raw material evaluation, and general technical support. We have a team based approach and strong coordination exists with all relevant departments including in particular Sales, Quality Control, Production, and R&D.

Requirement:

1.As a person we expect you to able to work independently and prioritize activities. You can communicate easily and effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers. Your loyalty and persistence will be an asset to the JV in gaining market share with our innovative products.

2.You will probably have at least 5 years’ experience in aquaculture production or research. You will have a university education, bachelor’s degree or higher, in aquaculture or animal sciences.

3.You will be required to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

4.Your workplace will be in Wuxi, Jiangsu, PRC. Travel within China and internationally will be required.
