位描述

Support Relationship Managers on all aspects of customer services including accounts set up, handling account opening documents, drafting client profiles, answering customer enquiries, booking of banking/investment products, confirmation of deals, researching on investment / product information as required

Prepare mortgage loan applications or underwriting of any other credit services required by clients

Assist in ad-hoc marketing/operations projects and general administration

Joint client calls with Relationship Managers for marketing exposure

职位要求

Bachelor"s degree

Minimum 2 years or above of work experience, preferably from Private Banking

Possess HKSI and HKFI qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
