Welcome to

XJTLU Global Alumni Association!

Dear Alumni:

The Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Alumni Association (hereinafter to be referred as XJTLU AA) is organized under the guidance of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, as a world-wide nonprofit organization. Our alumni are volunteered to take an active part in it. It functions as a communication bridge and emotional tie both for alumni and our university. We now have 9 branches including Beijing, Shanghai, Yue-Gang (Guangdong and Hong Kong), Jiangsu, Shaanxi, the UK, Singapore, Canada and Australia.

We are now planning to establish new branches as follows, in order to let more alumni keep active contacts with our Alma Mater and enjoy the alumni service. We will also conduct an election for the management team; the opening vacancies are chairman, vice chairman and general secretary. All the XJTLU AA around the world is aimed at offering support and interactive platforms to support and unite alumni.

Time of Application:

13:00, 29th January 2018 —

— 16:00, 28th February 2018.

All the applications will be collected and reported to XJTLU Alumni Committee by Alumni Office. The XJTLU Alumni Committee will check application forms, interview candidates and make decisions by voting. Once management teams of different alumni branches have been made, they will be publicized for ten days via XJTLU official website, e-mails, WeChat and Microblogs. If there is no objection, our management teams and XJTLU Alumni Office will organize inaugural ceremony to celebrate the founding of local alumni associations officially.

If no one applies for alumni management posts in some individual local alumni associations, the establishment will be postponed, and the date will be under discussion only when there are applicants.
