Rabobank U.A. Shanghai Branch now provides an intern position in Global Corporate Clients Department. We are looking for highly ambitious, enthusiastic candidate. This opportunity will provide you a valuable working experience by all rating agencies.

Key responsibilities

Origination

?Interact with the client, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality analysis and due diligence with reference to RMs where appropriate;

?Assist RMs in drafting call reports and credit proposals in a professional manner;

?Prepare and negotiate facility documentation and follow up documentation with internal and external customers in a professional manner;

?Prepare marketing meeting minutes, arrange marketing events, and act as a bridge between corporate banking and other departments;

?Facilitate client meeting set up including material preparation and translation.

Post Deal Account Monitoring

?Assist RMs to obtain the necessary customer info for the regular review conducted by CA, and help interact with the client for the CA queries;

?Remind RM’s credit review’s maturity date and prepare the annual review in advance to ensure no overdue;

?Work with RMs to ensure the proper maintenance of credit files and ensuring audit readiness at any time;

?Work with the RMs, ensure timely identification of accounts to be put in GAIA as per the bank’s policies and guidelines.

Others

?Assist RMfor daily operation and customer services;

?Assist the whole Corporate Banking team to coordinate internal and regulatory reports;

?Ensure the proper completion of KYC and account maintenance;

?Assist in team administrative tasks.

Job requirement

- 3 to 5 days available per week;

-Guaranteed period should be at least 6 months.

- Committed and hard-working;

- Good sense of responsibility, strongteam work spirit;

- Major in Finance/International Trade is preferred;

- Detail-oriented, analytical;

- Proficient in English and computer applications;

- Previous working experience ininternational bank or with marketing, credit, financial related experience in large and medium sized companies is preferred.
