1. Responsible for end-to-end project financial management, including project planning & budgeting, project implementation & control, and reporting & analysis of projects

2. Collaborate with project team lead and finance management team lead to explore and develop strategies to manage the risk, cost control & to achieve project KPIs

3. Generate financial reports and analysis to track budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution of the predetermined financial KPIs

4. Liaise closely with project team to monitor the sales and delivery process, ensure proper delivery and documentation of project for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose

1. Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting / Finance

2. Good communication skills to develop & establish cooperation with project team

3. Excellent command of MS OfficeStrong analytical skills and detail-oriented

4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Proficiency in Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred

6. Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant Project Finance Specialist

7. Immediate available is highly preferred
