手术不是双十一，决策还需更谨慎
有些人可能生来就容易变成胖胖，这称为遗传易感性。【12-13】因此，未来的研究可以从遗传入手，更加精准地预测治疗反应和效果，从而促进决策过程。
此外，通过有针对性的随访或建议是否进行手术治疗，改进对药物滥用或自我伤害风险增加的患者的识别，可以进一步提高减肥手术患者的生存率。
总之，接受减肥手术治疗的一个主要动机是减少健康恶化和降低过早死亡的风险。然而，手术是一把双刃剑，是否进行要取决于个体情况，更不必说因为单纯的想变美而贸然尝试的人——肉肉再气人，也是自己的，理性决策，生活才妙。
