Reporting to Business / Sales Heads, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and managing sales activities of the team by leveraging our broad range of products and services (including securities, bullion and commodities, bonds, mutual funds, unit-linked products etc.) to provide one-stop solutions for clients. In addition, you will need to formulate client acquisition tactics and direct sales force to expand client base through prospecting and increasing clients’ portfolio by cross-selling to achieve desired plans and objectives. On top of sales leadership responsibilities, you will generate business for your own accounts. 

Experienced sales team leader in financial institutions with experience of leading frontline sales in a Wealth Management environment

Tertiary or university-level education in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics

SFC or HKMA license is a must

Strong leadership, proactive and results driven

Good level of verbal English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage
