职位描述

  • Coordinate and prepare documents on business integration, including processes and system setup

  • Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in service level agreements

  • Identify opportunities to expand services provided to clients, introduce additional values added services to clients and share leads with Business Development

  • Coordinate with internal DKSH departments to ensure all operational issues/service complaints are resolved effectively and timely

  • Prepare, manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients" management teams 

  • Leading from superior to identify and support streamlining of existing business processes to ensure DKSH profitability

  • Act as a front-line DKSH representative to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate

  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

  • 职位要求

  • Tertiary education or above

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role

  • Develop the understanding of clients" industry/business/products

  • Demonstrate the right attitude in client management and proper communication skills 

  • Demonstrate learning agility in project management skills with analytical mindset and skills

  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions

  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
