Field Service Technical Support Engineer / Officer

职位描述

The candidate will be responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment in transmission network

To carry out emergency support duties and emergency service restoration on transmission network

To keep and maintain company’s inventory record

职位要求

Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder in Electronic, Communication, Computer Engineering or related disciplines with 2 years working experience in transmission network

Familiar with transmission network operation and maintenance in SDH system and DWDM system

Independent, strong problem solving skill, self motivated and able to work under pressure

Good in spoken and written in both English, Chinese and Mandarin

Able to work in shift duties, non-office hours and Emergency call out (ECO)

CCNA or CCNP certification is an advantage
