Passenger Network Manager

Reports to: Head of Passenger Network

Purpose

The incumbent of this position will support Head of Passenger Network to formulate the optimal CX/KA passenger network in their assigned region to drive system wide profitability.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Regional split: China, North East Asia, South Asia, Middle East and Africa

Formulate and recommend route development strategies to maximize network profitability.

Review route performance and competitive landscape and make timely recommendations in adjusting route capacity, aircraft deployments and schedules.

Oversee and conduct studies on new destinations, schedules and capacity changes.

Qualifications / Experience

Holder of a bachelor’s degree

Holds a minimum of 5 years’ experience in airline management or in a similar role.

Demonstrated good business vision and commercial acumen.

Proficient with data and numbers.

Possesses excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Has demonstrated continuous improvement.

Trusted to appropriately handle commercially sensitive and confidential information.
