The rented cab drivers in this Kullu, manali route is very notorious. We also had a family vacation hare and rented one cab from Simla mall road sate tourism office. On return journey the cab driver misbehaved with filthy language. We reported the same to the State tourist office the same day. We also sent a complaint mail to State Tourist Office customer care.
