Chinese airforce will not be able to use 32% of it's airforce during conflict with India as 21% of it is required for aerial defense in north from with i mean near Russia and homeland security and the rest 11% aircrafts are obsolete. While India won't be able to use 39% due to defense requirements in west from which i mean Pakistan. And other thing is that only a few aircrafts of India and China which are capable of flying at very high altitude will be able to cross over the Himalayas and attack on each other. Remember the Himalayan range. It's just like a speed breaker for aerial missions!
