2、述11致谢17化瘀通络汤对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究摘要:目的 研究化瘀通络汤如何减轻局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠的炎症反应 , 从而减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤 , 起到保护作用 。
方法 120只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、化瘀通络汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组(步长脑心通) , 改良线栓法建立MCAO模型 , TTC染色测定脑梗死体积 , HE染色观察脑组织病理结构 , ELISA法测定大鼠血清中IL-6的含量 。
结果 与模型对照组比较 , 各给药组大鼠神经功能评分明显偏低 , 结果有统计学意义(P0.05);与模型对照组比较 , 化瘀通络汤高剂量组、阳性对照组大鼠脑梗死体积明显减小 , 结果有统计学意义( 。

与假手术组相比,模型对照组大鼠脑部海马区呈现明显的水肿情况 , 出现神经元细胞大量坏死、变性 。
给药组与模型对照组相比 , 正常神经元数量增多且排列规则 , 脑组织变性、坏死的范围显著下降 。
与模型对照组比较 , 各给药组大鼠血清中IL-6的含量明显降低 , 结果有统计意义(P0.05);与阳性对照组比较 , 化瘀通络汤低剂量组、高剂量组大鼠中IL-6的含量相对较低 , 化瘀通络汤高剂量组的治疗效果更好 , 结果有统计意义(P0.05) 。
结论 化瘀通络汤能显著降低神经功能缺损评分 , 减少脑梗死体积 , 促进神经元生长 , 减少脑组织变性和坏死 , 降低血清中IL-6的含量 , 对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠有很好的保护作用 。
