Sustainabilityhasbecomeaglobalconsensuswiththeincreasinglysevereenvironmentalproblems.Asoneoftheprofessionsthatservehumansociety,architectsmustactivelyundertakethesesocialresponsibilities.
我们与GottliebPaludan建筑事务所合作设计的深圳东部环保发电厂，建成后即将成为全球最大的环保发电厂。它不仅能够变废为宝，为深圳当地居民提供服务；在还将在城市层面承担公众科普教育的职责。
Ourteam,partneredwithGottliebPaludan,designedthelargestwaste-to-energyplantintheworld,ShenzhenEastWaste-to-EnergyPlant.Notonlyistheprojectapublicfacilitytoturnwasteintoenergyitalsoplaysaroleintheeducationandawarenessatacityleveltowardsreducingwaste.
我们打造了一个模糊了建筑与自然边界的景观公园，吸引市民来到这里，直观感受人类当前正在面临的巨大挑战，进而学习如何减少产生垃圾。
Aparkblurstheboundarybetweenthearchitectureandnaturallandscape,attractingvisitorstoengagewiththeproject,tolearnaboutsavingwasteandexperiencethescaleofthecurrentchallenge.

“最近几年，我们一直在尝试重新定义可持续性，把它作为一个交点，将其整合成为一个更大更有意义的整体——这是一种我们称之为“生态设计”的哲学。 ”SHL建筑事务所设计总监、合伙人ChrisHardie说道：“通过将可持续性、可适应性、再生、包容和幸福感无缝融入我们的每个项目中，我们可以帮助维持地球生命直到更久。我们的地球正处于关键时刻，每个人都应该发挥作用来共同保护我们的家园。

【[SHL / News] Dezeen和ArchDaily揭晓了2021年度最期待建成的建筑！】过去的三十多年中， SHL在全世界范围内设计了超过30个座图书馆建筑。图书馆不仅是书籍的收藏空间，更是一个让人们产生交集的空间，是服务社区的空间。图书馆必须能够鼓励社交互动、创造偶遇机会并激发创意灵感。最新一代的图书馆，它结合了展览、演出、社区中心等不同功能，给读者带来前所未有的全新体验。
